Man Tries the Workout Routine from ONE PUNCH MAN Saitama & Shows Crazy Transformation
This guy from Singapore amazed the world right before the much awaited One Punch Man Season 2 is launched!
When Saitama from One Punch Man 2 was asked how he became so strong, he revealed his workout routine which was a regimen consisting of 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 100 push-ups, and ran 10 kilometers every day. That sounds extremely overwhelming, but it doesn’t even come close to explaining his physical prowess in the show.
Well, a fan in Singapore named Sean Seah decided to try out the workout regimen of Saitama to see if it actually does anything. He worked his way up to the same number of reps as Saitama, hitting the 100 each mark on Day 23 of his new training. By the end of Day 30, the transformation is astonishing.
